Refund Policy

At Creating Your Castle Limited, we take pride in ensuring we deliver quality services and products to you. If at any time you feel that a service or product do not meet your expectations, please contact us at creatingyourcastlecourses.newzenler.com/support

Our refund policies are as follow:


Coaching Services

If a client chooses to cancel their agreement within 14 days of the payment day, and if no sessions have taken place, then the client is entitled to a full refund.
 
If during the program the client wishes to terminate the agreement during the program, they will be entitled to:

Within the 1st Month = 50% refund
 Within the 2nd Month = 25% refund
Within the 3rd or 4th Month = no refund  
 
All refunds will be deposited into the account that the payment was made and will be completed within five (5) business days of an agreement being reached in writing. 


Digital Courses and Resources

  • Unless stated otherwise, digital courses, downloads and templates are not eligible for a refund.  
  • If you have made a purchase in error and have not accessed the resources, please contact us.


Subscriptions and Memberships

Monthly Subscriptions and Memberships can be cancelled at any time.

To avoid being changed the following month’s fees, please ensure you cancel your subscription prior to your next renewal date.

Refunds will not be given for subscriptions.

To cancel your subscription, go to My Account > Billing > Subscriptions > Cancel
